• Duration: 3-month ongoing contract

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours)

• Rate of Pay: £25.50 - £26.50 per hour

Join our dynamic team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse within a Triage Team, where you will play a crucial role in assessing and directing service users to the most appropriate care pathway. Your core responsibilities include:

? Taking calls and conducting mental health assessments over the phone
? Evaluating risk and identifying the appropriate service/team for referrals
? Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
? Providing crisis intervention support when required
? Maintaining accurate records in compliance with professional standards

? Current and valid NMC registration and PIN
? Triage or 111 experience is ideal
? Strong communication and decision-making skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Car driver essential

This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexible working hours available. The contract is 3 months ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
