Job Description - CQC Registered Manager

Job Opportunity: Experienced CQC Registered Manager ?
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, occasional flexibility required)
Pay Rate: £27.69 per hour
Contract Type: 12-week temporary assignment (with potential for extension)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an Experienced CQC Registered Manager to provide temporary operational support to our Nottinghamshire services. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key role with real impact, supporting service improvement and maintaining high standards of care delivery.
This is a non-care role focused on operational leadership, governance, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Registered Manager experience with the CQC(minimum 3–4 years)
- Direct exposure to recent CQC inspections
- Background in Hospital Discharge and Community Crisis Support services
- A full driving licence and access to transport
- UK Right to Work, a valid DBS, and strong compliance history
- Excellent organisation, leadership, and auditing skills
Key Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager and wider team in day-to-day service management
Drive improvements in documentation and standards, including:
- Audits and internal inspections
- Staff training and competency checks
- Policy reviews and paperwork updates
Provide flexible and reliable management cover where needed (service runs until 10 PM)
Be a knowledgeable and proactive all-rounder who can hit the ground running
