Join our Creative Carpentry and Bespoke Manufacturing team, where craftsmanship meets innovation. We're looking for skilled, dedicated specialists with a passion for working with timber-based materials to create custom, high-quality products.

You'll use your creativity, precision, and technical skills to deliver outstanding results on unique projects in a collaborative workshop environment.

• Craft bespoke timber-based products to design specifications.

• Perform high-quality joining, preparation, and finishing work.

• Competently and safely operate a range of machinery and power tools.

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative manufacturing solutions.

• Maintain strict health and safety standards in all workshop activities.

• Inspect and ensure all finished products meet our quality standards.

• Skilled in cutting, shaping, and assembling timber-based materials.

• Proficient in joining, sanding, and finishing techniques.

• Experienced with workshop machinery (table saws, band saws, planers, CNC routers).

• Confident using power tools (drills, routers, sanders) safely.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

• Creative problem-solver with a practical approach.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Formal training or certification in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.

• Experience in bespoke manufacturing or creative carpentry projects.
