Description

• Kick-off meeting and brief to leadership
• Interview key stakeholders & frontline credit controllers
• Identify and map existing credit control processes
• Analyse invoice-to-cash cycle times
• Identify root causes of delayed payments
• Brainstorm & design improvements (policy, tech, process)
• Present preliminary ideas to stakeholders

Profile

A successful Credit Analyst should have:

• Experience in credit/data analysis
• Experience in streamlining processes
• Data driven individual
• Good communicator
