Description

• Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts to ensure prompt payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues or disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence related to credit control.
• Prepare and distribute statements, invoices, and reminders to customers.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end reconciliation processes.
• Identify and escalate overdue accounts requiring further action.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control procedures.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of accounts.
• Working collaboratively with other teams within the accountancy department

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice.

Job Offer

• An hourly rate of approximately £14.50 to £16 per hour, depending on experience.
