Credit Controller | Temp to Perm | Up To £28,000 | Leicester

Join a well-established, family-run business going through a period of change. We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller who is confident working in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging collections environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting the finance function, helping to stabilise cash flow and build positive relationships with customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making a real difference during a time of transformation.

Credit Controller
Location: Leicester (Office Based)
Salary: Up to £28,000
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 9:00 -5:00 with 30 minute lunch

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end credit control process
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
• Resolving queries and negotiating payment plans where needed
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to financial stability

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in credit control, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• A proactive and resilient approach to collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Available immediately or on short notice
