Description

• • Oversee and manage the organisation's credit accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records related to credit control.
  • Monitor aged debts and follow up appropriately to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any billing or payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify and report potential risks related to credit management.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team in other administrative duties as needed.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Proven experience in a similar credit controller or finance role.
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
