Credit Controller

Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturing company based in Kingswinford, who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13 to £14 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Duties will include:
Chasing overdue payments by phone and email
Resolving queries and reconciling customer accounts
Maintaining accurate records of communication and payment activity
Producing debtor reports and updating systems
Liaising with internal departments to assist with query resolution

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
Availability to start immediately
