Description

The Credit Controller will;

• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Contact customers to resolve outstanding invoices and discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Prepare and distribute regular credit control reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Implement and follow up on agreed payment plans with clients when necessary.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within a similar role in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• A proactive approach to resolving payment issues and maintaining account accuracy.

Job Offer
