Credit Controller

Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced Interim Credit Controller to support a finance team during a peak period. Based in Brighton, this role offers a hybrid working. Immediate start is required.

• Proactive management of B2C credit accounts
• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving queries
• Liaising with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely collections
• Maintaining accurate records and updating our accounting systems

Ideal Candidate:

• Available immediately and able to commit up to 6 months
• B2C credit control experience
• Familiar with credit control processes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• NetSuite experience is desirable, but not essential
