Credit Control

Duration: Temporary (3-6 Months)

Location: Birmingham

Working model: Fully office based

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour PAYE / £17.30 per hour via an Umbrella Company (Inclusive of holiday pay)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managing the collection of money owed and reducing the value of debt held by the organisation
• Bring successful resolution to payment/debt issues, using strong negotiation and communicate skills, face to face, by telephone and in writing
• Negotiate and set up payment plans, whilst striving to achieve the core objective of the role
• Administration and reconciliation of ledger accounts, including cash posting, allocation and query resolution
• To be the main point of contact in the finance team for queries
• Data formatting, manipulation and reconciliation to produce reports and information for both internal and external users
