Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity in a thriving Manufacturing & Production environment? We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team on a Temp to Perm basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a knack for managing financial accounts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain positive cash flow.
• Communication & Negotiation: utilise your strong communication skills to liaise with customers regarding payment plans and resolve any disputes effectively.
• Organise & Prioritise: Employ your excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Analyse & Solve Problems: analyse payment patterns and identify potential issues, developing effective solutions to ensure credit control procedures are followed.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing updates and support where needed.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, payment trends, and credit risk to keep the management informed.
• Debt Collection & Payment Processing: Engage in debt collection activities and ensure accurate payment processing and reconciliation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and encourage prompt payments.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar role within the Manufacturing & Production industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple accounts efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address payment issues proactively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations to ensure compliance.
