Credit Controller

An opportunity exists to work for a household name market leader in their field, based in central Sutton, as a Credit Controller on an initial 9 month fixed term contract. As an essential member of their small credit department, the Credit Controller will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the company's payment collections. This excellent opportunity offers the flexibility to work 2 from home and 3 days per week in their modern offices.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager the successful candidate will assist with daily payment procedures and support the financial operations of the company.

An attractive salary is on offer dependent on your level of experience, your daily duties will consist of:

• Assisting with the credit control process
• Contacting clients for payment
• Deal with client queries
• Resolve disputes
• Produce customer statements
• Send out letters of demand
• Perform debtor account reviews
• Prepare and maintain financial reporting
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years previous / current credit control experience
• Volume Credit Control, international experience would be desirable.
• Good MS Office experience
• Excellent communication, approachable and friendly nature
