About the Role:

Our longstanding client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in credit control and a passion for maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts from clients
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
• Resolve invoice queries and disputes efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and collections
• Prepare regular reports on debtor status and aged debt

What Their Looking For:

• Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
