Credit Controller

This well-established service Client is now offering the opportunity for someone to join their friendly and supportive Credit Control team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is an experienced and stable Credit Controller. This opportunity will give someone the chance to join a friendly and supportive team on initially a temporary basis but has a high chance of going permanent.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companies credit policies and ensuring that customers pay their outstanding debts on time. As well, you will be managing your daily tasks, resolving client queries, raising invoices, and setting up payment plans when needed and applying a problem-solving mindset and intuition with credit control processes to find solutions for invoice disputes. Whilst you will be working autonomously to meet team deadlines you will also excel at working with the team to constantly identify areas for improvement.

Ideally you will need:

• Prior experience in a Credit Control role is essential as well as having experience with managing a busy ledger with multiple active accounts and large transaction volumes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to excel at maintaining strong communication lines with all clients and stakeholders within your portfolio.
• Excel at working autonomously, with a track record of self-managing your day-to-day task and meeting KPI’s.
• Have a proactive demeanour and sharp attention to detail to excel at identifying discrepancies and resolving queries.
