Description

• Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain and update customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor and manage credit limits, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements to clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment queries or disputes.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to improve credit control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Profile

• Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
• A good understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer interactions.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for accounting and data management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay of approximately £16.20 - £19.80, based on skills and experience.
