Your Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our credit processes and ensuring our financial health within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Conducting credit checks and assessing credit risk
• Resolving payment discrepancies and queries with a cheerful disposition
• Preparing reports on outstanding debts and payment trends
• Working closely with the finance team to improve cash flow

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
