Your Role:
As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: ? Allocating customer payments and posting cash efficiently. ? Generating statements, invoices, and proof of deliveries with accuracy. ? Proactively chasing EMEA customers via email and phone in a professional manner. ? Reviewing customer master data and recommending credit limits using agency reports. ? Setting up direct debit collections and maintaining departmental paperwork. ? Managing customer credit holds, dunning runs, and e-invoicing processes. ? Performing credit checks and risk assessments on potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
? Previous experience in Credit Control is a must. ? Fluency in Spanish—essential for communicating with international clients. ? Strong proficiency in SAP (AP), MS Office, SAP Concur. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical skills for handling large volumes of data. ? Organised, proactive, and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
