Credit Controller - Temp to Perm

Credit Controller needed for hugely popular global entertainment brand! Working within a busy team of Controllers in a Shared Service, this position will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's credit control processes, ensuring that all accounts are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.

Key responsibilities -

• Communicating effectively with customers to resolve payment issues
• Preparing and maintaining reports on outstanding debts
• Supporting the finance team with reconciliations and other tasks as needed
• Accurately document all customer interactions in Google Sheets and Salesforce
• Generate and send card payment links to customers
• Manage the mailbox, promptly addressing customer inquiries related to invoices and payments via email
• Reconcile bank accounts daily and log all transactions in Google Sheets

Candidate Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and the team
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
