Description

• Oversee the accurate processing of invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies.
• Produce detailed financial reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the credit control function.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
