Crisis Nurse

Are you an experienced Band 6 Crisis Nurse seeking a rewarding role? Join our team at the CNTW NHS Trust in Carlisle, making a vital difference for those experiencing mental health crisis.

What you'll do:

• Provide comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct phone triage (ideal, but not essential).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage challenging crisis situations (essential).
• Work within a variety of shift patterns (long days, nights, earlies, lates, twilights).

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable track record in crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• A current DBS check on the update service.
• Mandatory practical training and immunizations (BCG, Hep-B, MMR) are essential for full-time positions.

What we offer:

• Competitive Pay Rates:
  • Day shifts: £30.00
  • Night/Saturday shifts: £38.00
  • Sunday/Bank Holiday shifts: £48.00
• Open to both full-time and part-time applications for 6+ month contracts.
