We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of providing exceptional care to individuals with complex mental health needs. This is an urgent need (Scale 4), and the hiring process will move quickly for qualified candidates. Immediate availability is essential.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of complex mental health needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Manage risk effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care.
• Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication.
• Work effectively under pressure in crisis situations.

• First Level Registered Nurse (RNMH, RMN, RNLD)
• Proven post-registration clinical experience (minimum 12-24 months).
• Experience working with service users in crisis.
• Awareness of professional accountability, NMC standards, and relevant initiatives.

• Mentor training.
• Understanding of difficult-to-manage/challenging behaviours.
• Clinical leadership and delegation skills.

Day: £30.00
Night/Saturday: £38.00
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £48.00
