CRM Consultant

Job Title: CRM Consultant (Braze & Bloomreach)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract: 3-6 months (Inside IR35)
Day Rate: £350 per day

Our specialist data and business consultancy client are currently seeking a skilled CRM Consultant to support a number of key client initiatives. This is a contract role for an initial 3 to 6 months, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across digital channels.

• Use Braze and Bloomreach to build and deliver personalised customer journeys and data-driven communications.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective CRM strategies.

• Provide technical CRM expertise and platform best practice to maximise campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with both Braze and Bloomreach is essential - applicants without this will not be considered.

• Proven track record of delivering CRM strategies and campaigns in a consultancy or client-facing environment.

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and automation.

• Confident working with data teams and interpreting customer data to inform strategy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• This role is offered on a contract basis, inside IR35.

• The position may need some time onsite in London.
