Customer Account Manager

Our client is looking for a well-organised and motivated person. They have a full-time position for a Customer Services Account Manager who will manage a portfolio of accounts working as part of a busy, fast paced team This is initially a 4-month contract with a view to go permanent.

Main Duties

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by processing orders, quotes, and other requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure quotes and works are completed timely
• Manage administration behind all customer orders
• Keep in touch with customers throughout order process

• Able to prioritise and multi task
• Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail

• £26K - paid weekly
• 25 days holiday once permanent
• On-site parking
• 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1 hour lunch
