Job Title: Customer Accounts Retention Advisor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: £25,750 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm- fixed term contract for 6 months

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Accounts Retention Advisor in Wolverhampton - initially on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

The role involves working within the Retention department of the business, supporting customers with their existing account. You will be responsible for full Account Management of a portfolio of existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an Account Manager role or similar, and also have experience with Retention.
