We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrators to join a growing team. Our client, a global health tech organisation are looking for confident and articulate candidates to support their growing business.

PLEASE NOTE - THE SHIFTS FOR THIS ROLE IS -

Wednesday - Sunday (Sat and Sun REMOTE)

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE ABOVE SHIFTS

• Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
• Looking up stock for customer requests
• Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
• Knowledge of all product lines
