Customer Analytics Analyst - 6 month contract - North London Based - Outside IR35

My global client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Analytics Analyst to take responsibility for managing and executing analytics projects for their Brand and Marketing department and the wider business.

This role requires a good understanding of customer analytics, customer behaviour and data modelling including customer lifecycle management, customer lifetime value testing, location analytics, etc.

In order to be successful in this role you will be able to analyse large volumes of data from multiple systems using the below tools:

• Excellent analytical skills including advanced excel and SQL skills.
• Advanced Google Analytics skills and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI essential, experience of Python or R preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills on all levels.

Some of your responsibilities in this position will include:

• Support the Customer Analytics Manager in the execution of the wider analytics strategy.
• Independently identify, manage, and deliver customer analytics projects to meet defined business objectives.
• Undertake analytical projects that range from descriptive to predictive analysis.
• Deliver clear and actionable insights to both the marketing function and the wider business.
• Improve the businesses understanding of our customers and their journeys.
