Customer Call Handler

Huntswood are on the lookout for enthusiastic, confident Call Centre Representatives to join our client's team in Stoke on Trent. If you thrive on helping people and love working in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine.

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office-based)
Start Date: Monday 7th April
Pay: £140/day (Umbrella only - we can help you get set up!)
Duration: 3-month contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for customers of both residential and commercial properties - inbound calls and emails
• Identifying and confirming new occupiers to ensure accurate utility billing records
• A combination of data cleansing and data entry
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service role
• Confident handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple in-house systems
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word
• Must be able to work full-time from our client's office in Stoke
