Job Title: Patient Advisor

Location: Rochdale

Hourly Pay: £12.21

Working Hours: Shift Work: 7.5 hours per day (Monday - Friday)

You will work between the hours of 08.00 - 20.00 (shifts will be allocated in advance)

Length of Booking: 12 - 14 weeks temp to perm (week to week)

Start Dates: 30th June 2025 or 07th July 2025

Working for our supportive client in a healthcare role, based in lovely offices in Rochdale, your main responsibilities will be calling NHS patients to make appointments. This a nice environment, you are dealing with patients and need to be a reliable, empathetic person to respond to their queries and ask them health questions as required. You will ensure a smooth process from initial call to patients attending their appointments.

Happy on the telephone, you will be dialling out to patients and organising appointments. You will input all the information accurately on the database.

The company offers excellent training and looks for positive people who have good communication skills.
