Job Description - Customer Engagement Executive

Rate: £21.88/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

What You Will Do:

• Use customer data linked to experience to identify preventative actions for enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop bespoke solutions and gestures tailored to each customer's experience.
• Implement required escalation processes swiftly and adhere to them meticulously.
• Capture all contacts in the CRM system to ensure complete Data Protection compliance and valuable data sourcing.
• Act as a role model for the company's values, Customer First Principles, and Behaviours.
• Support the Retailer network in delivering a ‘best in class’ service, driving customer loyalty and retention.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong case management experience with ability to offer and deliver robust solutions, whilst always adopting a Customer First approach, achieving fast case resolution.
• Proven experience in Retail Management/Supervision/Team Leadership.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A results-oriented mindset with a determination to make things happen.

Location:

The position is based at Gaydon/Whitley, with potential travel to other UK sites mainly in the Midlands, offering a blend of vibrant surroundings and a dynamic working environment.
