Customer Experience Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a reputable housebuilder, for a Customer Experience Advisor to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
In this key role, you'll support customers from the point of reservation through to completion, guiding them through the home buying journey, managing their choices and options, and ensuring a smooth and positive handover experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-inspections of properties to identify and report any snags or issues to the build and sales teams.
Guide customers through their options and choices, including upgrades and customisation's.
Carry out detailed home demonstrations and key handovers.
Provide ongoing support to customers post-reservation, answering queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with sales and build teams to ensure the home is delivered to a high standard.
Key Requirements:
Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service.
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Previous experience in new homes, ideally within a sales, customer care, or handover role.
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers face-to-face.
Monday to Friday - based between the office and live development sites.
