Job Description - Customer Experience Partner

Must Have’s

• Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner
• High level of literacy and numeracy
• Previous customer service experience (desirable)
• IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook)
• A smartphone (Android 8.0+ or iOS 15+) for authenticator apps sign-in
• Availability to work between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required
• Ability to work in Cheltenham and/or remotely based on project needs

Nice to have’s

• Experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with cyber security principles (training will be provided)
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment

So what will you be doing?

• Delivering excellent customer experience across phone and digital platforms
• Resolving issues and answering inquiries in a timely manner
• Handling customer interactions with professionalism and attention to detail
• Managing customer service queues and ensuring all calls are cleared
• Full-time role (35 hours/week), but some flexibility for reduced hours based on business needs

Helpful extras

• Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 7:00pm with some weekend shifts
• Temporary role with flexible hours
• Based in Cheltenham, with potential for remote work
• Flexibility with working hours based on business needs in the coming months
