Working for a retail business based in Solihull, you'll be taking full ownership of customer payments and ensuring the finance owed to the business is collected smoothly - but always with a people-first mindset.
This is not your typical finance role. It's all about the relationship. When you prioritise communication and service, the payments follow. You'll be calling, emailing, and occasionally meeting with customers of the business to maintain warm, productive relationships - helping them stay ahead of upcoming payments and resolving any issues before they become problems. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, designed to give you a proper trial period before moving into a permanent role.
