Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor - Local Authority

Reed Public Sector is Urgently recruiting for two Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor for a Local Authority.

Location: Reading
Hourly Rate: £14.13 PAYE per hour

Contract Length: 3-6 months (with a possibility of extension)

Work Environment: Office Based

This position supports the Waste Management Team and the Waste Optimization Project by offering comprehensive, high-quality customer-focused services.

• Customer Service: Provide accurate and up-to-date advice to customers.
• Problem Solving: Understand customer needs and handle difficult situations sensitively.
• System Management: Use multiple systems to input and extract information.
• Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks for both internal and external customers.

• Experience: Previous experience in a support or help desk function within a customer-facing environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to handle a broad range of customer inquiries.
• Self-Motivation: High degree of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various computer packages for data input and extraction.
