Salary - £25000 per annum - paid weekly via agency

Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a fantastic business based in Sheffield Centre. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit a Customer Onboarding Assistant to start ASAP until at least the end of October 2025.

Main Duties will include:

• Conduct engaging product demos for prospective and new customers

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth setup experience

• Understand customer needs and tailor demos and support accordingly

• Be the first point of contact for questions during the early stages of the customer journey

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to improve the onboarding experience

• Track customer engagement and follow up proactively to ensure satisfaction

The individual must have exposure to working with customer previously and be comfortable talking customers through a programme.

This is a busy workload so balancing different priority cases is key.
