Job Description - Customer Operations Administrator

Job Title: Customer Operations Administrator
Location: West Malling, Kent
Pay: £13.50 - £17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (*Start times can change/be flexible*)
Contract Details: Temp To Perm

? Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Kingshill! ?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer service emails ?? and calls regarding defects.
  • Ensure prompt responses within our Service Level Agreements.
  • Accurately enter customer defects into the House Builder Pro database for ongoing maintenance ???.
  • Issue defect notices to contractors on new sites.
  • Coordinate access arrangements between customers and contractors.
  • Generate weekly reports on outstanding defects for review.
  • Book customer service manager calls post-completion ??.
  • Submit purchaser details to the In-House Research team.

Who Are We Looking For?
To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and IT skills (proficient in Excel) ??.
  • Experience with new build developments is desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complaints calmly.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You will be based at our Head Office near Tonbridge, with sites across Kent, East Sussex, and SE London.
  • Must reside within a 60-minute drive of these locations.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements, including one work-from-home day per week after successful completion of your probation period.
