What You'll Do:
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exemplary complaint resolution and customer service, ensuring fairness and consistency in every interaction.
• Acknowledging all customer complaints promptly and keeping customers informed throughout the resolution process.
• Collaborating closely with operational teams to maintain effective communication and ensure swift resolutions.
• Understanding and researching all aspects of customer communication, highlighting key points with a fair and reasonable attitude.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling and customer service standards.
• Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation on our CMS system and complaints log.
