?? Full-Time | 9am–5pm | Flexi-Time Available

?? Hourly Rate: £16.93 PAYE

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a difference in your community? Reed Public Sector is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Relations Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.

As part of the established Customer Relations Team, you’ll play a key role in managing complaints and enquiries in line with corporate policy and statutory legislation. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance.

• Coordinating and managing incoming enquiries and complaints
• Liaising with internal and external customers
• Ensuring timely, high-quality responses
• Supporting the team in maintaining service excellence

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrable IT skills and evidence of good Excel, CRM, EDMS systems.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel & Office 365
• A team player with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
