Customer Service Advisor - Income Team | Whitehaven | £14.21 per hour

Location: Sir Christopher Harding House, North Shore Rd, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 7XY
Contract: 6-month temp (with potential to go permanent)
Start Date: 28 July 2025
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week | Shifts between 8am-8pm (after training)
Training: 4 weeks, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (fully paid)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of United Utilities—helping customers with their queries via phone, email, web chat, or post. You’ll:

• Deliver friendly, helpful service from start to finish
• Own customer issues and follow through on promises
• Use IT systems to log and resolve queries
• Work with empathy, speed, and accuracy
