A well-established organisation, specialising in delivering training courses for doctors and individuals pursuing professional development in the medical field, are seeking a fully remote part-time Customer Support / Project Coordinator to join their team.

Position: Customer Support / Project Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: 2 hours per day, split between morning and afternoon
Contract Type: Rolling Temporary
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding available training courses
• Assist users with accessing online course materials
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed
• Coordinate with course content creators and medical professionals to ensure deadlines are met
