We are currently looking for a Customer Services Agent to join a Tech Firm in the West End. This is for a 6 month contract and is paying 27k. This would suit someone with a minimum of 6 months experience and ideally holding an English based degree.
The role
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients providing consultative advice
- Having in-depth knowledge of the business platform
- Liaising closely with the Business Development, Solution Operations
- Regular and accurate recording of control information
- Ad hoc Admin
