Temporary Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the logistics industry, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll need to hit the ground running, so we're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong IT ability (especially with Salesforce and Excel), and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers across various platforms
Manage and set up shipments and transport requirements
Process claims and maintain accurate records
Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports
Investigate and resolve customer issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless service
Support cross-training initiatives across departments
Complete routine admin tasks including data entry, gathering and validation
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar customer service or admin role (logistics/supply chain a bonus)
Confident using Salesforce, Excel, and other systems
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Available for an immediate start
