Our client, a leading player in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their vibrant team.

?? Location: Tonbridge (Accessible via train!)
?? Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
?? Contract Type: Temp to Perm
?? Salary: £25,000 (rising to £29,000 after 6 months)
?? Start Date: As soon as next week!

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanour ??
• Updating customer debit details in the Stripe system ??
• Chasing customers for bounced debit payments, ensuring smooth transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the system with correct details
• Providing additional support to customers when needed
