Contract: 6-Month Contract
Location: Rosyth (Hybrid after training)
Hours: 37 hours per week, between 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Sunday
Salary: £13.52 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
Are you ready to be the friendly voice that makes a difference? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our vibrant team in Rosyth on a 6-month contract. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering top-notch service and support for their credit card inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with Customers: Handle inbound calls and resolve credit card-related queries with a smile.
* Provide Expert Assistance: Offer accurate information and friendly support.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with our credit card products and services.
* Document Interactions: Record customer interactions and update account information.
* Collaborate: Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities.
* Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and a quick learner.
