Are you a customer service professional with experience in financial services? Looking for your next exciting opportunity? Huntswood is hiring Customer Service Advisors to support a major project within the commercial division of a leading financial institution.

If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, thrive in a target-driven environment, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

You'll be providing proactive support via phone, chat, and email as they navigate changes to their financial products and payment services. This will involve reaching out to customer over the phone as well as dealing with inbound communcation.

Enjoy the best of both worlds-a newly refurbished, collaborative office space set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. You'll start full-time in the office for training (5-6 weeks), then transition to a hybrid model with just 2 days a week in the office.

• Start Date: Monday, 2nd June
• Day Rate: £155 (via Husp Umbrella only - we'll help you get set up)
• Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
• Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract

• Work with a renowned financial services brand

• Previous call centre customer service experience in financial services
• Experience in commercial banking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
