Our client is looking for individuals to join their busy inbound customer service department.

• Do you have a min of 6 months experience of working in an inbound call centre?
• Would you be happy handling inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries?
• Are you keen to join a friendly, social and positive team?

The Individual:

• Friendly, confident and outgoing
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Confident communicator, happy to be on the phone
• Team orientated
• IT savvy
