Temporary Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start

I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team in Coventry (CV1) on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available!

Key Details:
? 100% office based
? Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4:30pm Fri (30 min unpaid lunch)
? £13 per hour
? Initial 3-month contract - potential for extension, though not guaranteed

What you'll be doing:
? Collecting customer feedback through various channels
Logging information and follow-up actions on CRM systems
Managing and using email/form templates for consistent communication
? Supporting with event set-up, bookings, registration & post-event feedback
Keeping reception areas tidy and well-stocked with relevant materials
Participating in H&S office duties (first aid, fire marshalling rota)
