Customer Service Advisor

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office-based)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £140/day (Umbrella only - don't worry, we'll help you get set up!)
Contract: 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

• Be the friendly first point of contact for residential and commercial customers via phone and email
• Confirm new occupiers to keep utility billing records accurate and up to date
• Dive into data entry and cleansing tasks with precision
• Follow up with customers to ensure top-notch service and satisfaction

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
• Confident communicator on both inbound and outbound calls
• Quick and accurate with data entry
• Comfortable using multiple in-house systems
• Detail-oriented and a true team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other MS Office tools
• Able to work full-time from our client's Stoke office
