Customer Service Assistant – Preston

Salary: £23,000 per year (temporary to start, with the potential to go permanent and a pay rise after probation)
Hours: 37.5 per week (shifts between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends)

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the friendly face that makes residents and visitors feel welcome and supported. Your role will include:

• Greeting residents and guests with a warm, professional approach
• Supporting the sales and lettings process, including viewings
• Handling queries via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Assisting with room inspections and keeping communal areas looking great
• Helping the marketing team with events and social activities
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met

• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can adapt to different tasks
• Confident using Microsoft Office (training provided for everything else)
