Customer Service Advisor - Financial Services

Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in financial services? Huntswood is hiring Customer Service Advisors to support a major project for a leading commercial banking client.

Knutsford, Cheshire | Hybrid | £155/day (via Husp Umbrella)

Start Date: Monday 30th June | Contract till End of 2025 | Full-Time

The Role

You'll be reaching out to customers and providing support via phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve guiding clients through changes to their financial products and payment services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

• Day rate of £155 (via Husp Umbrella - we'll help you get set up)
• Hybrid working - 2 days a week in-office after 3 weeks training
• Modern office on a flagship campus in Knutsford
• 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday (rotational shifts between 8am-7pm)
• Contract till the end of the 2025 with view to extend into 2026
• Work with a leading financial brand on a high-profile project

What We're Looking For

• Experience in telephony-based customer service
• Background in financial services (commercial banking a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and internal systems
